Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
Sometimes the best recipes come from randomly throwing whatever you can find together and seeing what happens. This is exactly what happened this morning when I was preparing myself a pre run breakfast. I didn't want anything too heavy but enough to fuel me up ready to hit the pavements. I whipped up this smoothie with whatever I could find in the fridge and freezer and it was delicious! I thought I'd share the recipe so you can enjoy it as much as I did!
Ingredients
2 handfuls of frozen blueberries
2 handfuls of spinach
50g oats
25g vanilla whey protein
350ml almond milk
Method
- Add all the ingredients to your Nutribullet or equivalent and blend
- Serve and enjoy!
