Meet Charley…

aka Chin Up Charles. Gin drinker, food fanatic, sun worshiper and movement lover.

Chin Up Charles grew from a blog of documenting my fitness journey, travel and food recipes, to a passion for wanting to support, educate and encourage other women.

  • Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training including group exercise, outdoor fitness, sports conditioning and group cycle
