Personal Training
We need to collect data about you in order to deliver the personal training services/ product:

  1.  Medical History: PAR-Q, health conditions and medication  
  2. Lifestyle questionnaire and goal setting
  3. Fitness testing
  4. Body composition measurements


Points 1 - 3 an are used to screen clients for their suitability to take part in an exercise programme. Any concerns may result in the client being referred to a doctor, physiotherapist or other suitably qualified health professional for clearance to take part. They are then used to design custom training programs to suit clients particular needs and goals

Point 4 (if applicable) is then used to gauge the effectiveness of the training and if amendments need to be made to your exercise programme.

We require your informed consent for processing this data, so when you submit your details, we will send you a further communication asking for you to confirm your consent to this processing.
 
Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.

We may have to share personal data with third parties for other purposes such as; technology support, professional advisers such lawyers, insurers and accountants and HM Revenue & Customs.
