Strong Women Fitness Class

I'm a qualified level three Personal Trainer, specialising in working with women of all stages of their life. I’m also qualified in delivering Outdoor Fitness and Circuit Fitness Classes. I love working with small groups of people creating a fun and motivating environment for them to exercise with friends or even make new ones!

Each 45 minute training session will be made up of a mixture of strength training, cardio and core training, providing a full body workout that’s pelvic floor and joint friendly. All levels of fitness are welcome, progressions and regressions will be provided to tailor the workout to meet your level and needs.

These classes will take place in West Walton Village Hall. A maximum number of 25 people can attend this class so booking is required.

Classes will run every Monday, start time 6:30pm at West Walton Village Hall, Mill Road PE14 7EU. £5 per class.

You will need to bring a yoga/exercise mat with you along with a water bottle and a towel if you wish. You can also bring a set of light - medium dumbbells if you have them.
