Terms and Conditions with Chin Up Charles

In taking part in exercise sessions with Charley Roberts, Chin Up Charles I agree to the following:

  • Your trainer may require a letter of ‘medical clearance’ from your GP. Please be aware that your GP may charge you for this.

  • Accepting potential risks. Whilst for most people exercise is hugely positive with many health benefits, there remains some risk that I require you to be aware of and for you to sign the informed consent and disclaimer that I will provide. Therefore, you will use your own judgement while exercising to ensure that you are working to a level that is suitable for you.

  • Cancellation of less than 24 hours notice will incur full payment of the session fee.

  • If you fail to show for the session without prior notice you will be required to pay the full amount of the session fee.

5. Ensuring that children do not take part in exercise sessions and if they are in the same room, remain at a safe distance from me to ensure no risk of tripping. Children should not play with any equipment.

6. Keeping pets in another room to ensure they do not represent a tripping hazard.

 7. That I am working within my own abilities and according to any advice that has been provided to me.
