Holistic Core Restore ® REL-EASE

Forget ‘stretching’, let’s RELEASE, RELAX, UNWIND AND RE-ALIGN! Let’s change the narrative about what we need do to as busy women, living in a hectic work to feel good in our skins on a daily basis.

Aches, pains and changes to one’s posture as we travel through life are pretty standard for most women and many simply ‘put up’ with muscular aches and a loss of freedom of movement when there are both simple and delicious solutions easily available to us.

Our dearest hope is that Holistic Core Restore ® ‘Release’ will become an ESSENTIAL part of any woman’s self-care toolbox and an ultimate act of ‘self-compassion’ as she STOPS, DROPS AND JUST LETS IT ALL GO!

This offering includes simple ways to ‘release’ muscular tension that draw on self-massage, myofascial movement, Yoga and Pilates traditions.   This programme also involves simple meditation strategies and ESSENTIAL Pelvic Floor and nervous system soothing, we all know, is just as important as ‘doing the work’.

What Women Say …

Come and join me for a 90 minute workshop of unwinding both your body and mind. These sessions will leave you feeling relaxed and recharged. So carve out some time for yourself, you deserve it.

The session will consist of 60 minutes of releasing your body through gentle movement followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation. There will be refreshments after the session and the opportunity to chat with other ladies from the workshop and ask any questions.
£12 per person

The Workshop will take place at 10am - 11:30am at West Walton Village Hall, Mill Road, PE14 7EU. If you need further directions please just get in touch.

The next workshop dates are:
24th September
29th October
26th November

You will need a yoga mat and I would recommend bringing a blanket and a small cushion for the relaxation and meditation at the end of the session.

*Please note this workshop is not suitable for c sections mums in the early phases of healing; generally the before 8-12 weeks. This is because we might spend time laying on our fronts and using movements which might not feel ‘safe’ in or around your new c section scar. Please contact me directly if you wish to come and are within this timeframe.
