Plum and Raisin Baked Oats Recipe
Ingredients
50-80g oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground linseed
1 plum, destoned and quartered}
handful raisins
150-200ml milk of your choice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Greek or natural yoghurt to top
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
If using protein powder, mix this with the milk.
Mix the oats, chia seeds, linseeds and raisin together.
Pour over the milk and mix well. The mixture should be covered but thick.
Lightly grease an oven proof dish with a little butter
Pour in the mixture and add the quartered plums into the top pf the mixture.
Cook for 20-30 minutes.
Top with yoghurt and enjoy!
