Lotus Biscoff Protein Smoothie Recipe

I'm a big fan of a protein smoothie when I've finished a workout at the gym. However, that being said I don't have them after every session and I don't use them as meal replacements. Food is fuel and I love my food way too much! I do sometimes notice that I don't get enough protein from my diet so this is when top myself up with a shake. They're also great for when you're on the go and keep the hunger pangs at bay until you have time for a proper meal. You'll often find me making one while I wait for my lunch or dinner to cook!

I've recently got a newly found love for lotus biscoff spread and have become a little addicted. Woops! I've been putting it on, and in everything I can so here's a delicious chocolately, caramel smoothie for you. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla protein
150ml almond milk
1tsp cacao powder
1 heaped tbsp lotus biscoff spread
handful of ice

Method

  1. Add all the ingredient to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Drink up and enjoy!
