Mango and Raspberry Protein Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Current situation sat in front of the TV watching Bridget Jones, feeling a little sorry for myself as I’ve possibly got tonsillitis. Alex has been super poorly with it this week and I woke up feeling pretty rough and with a throat like razor blades, cue the violins! I’ve not had much of an appetite and wanted something that was going to be easy to swallow so rustled this smoothie bowl up. It was so yummy I just had to share the recipe with you. Packed full of vitamins and perfect for those days when you’re feeling a little under the weather. Or just for breakfast or a post workout snack. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

2 large handfuls frozen mango
1 large handful frozen raspberries
1 large tablespoon greek yoghurt
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
200-300ml milk of your choice

  1. Add all the ingredients to your nutribullet or equivalent and blend until thick and smooth

  2. Add more milk if necessary for a thinner consistency

  3. Top with your favourite things, I went for fresh blueberries, chia seeds and granola, enjoy!
